A long long time ago...
In the latest issue of Wired the article Life After Darth gives a great perspective on George Lucas. It's not just a fluff piece to push Episode 3. This article delves into Lucas' past and films that have influenced him. While reading through the article I started taking notice of the films that have influenced Lucas. The list was quite impressive, and alot of them on the list are movies I've been wanting to see for quite some time now. So, in the spirit of Episode 3 I'm going to attempt to que up a list of all the movies that helped create the force. And now... the list.

Wow. Thanks Steve. I'm actually astonished you commented. I never would have thought it would happen. However, if you ever make your way back here again I'd like to thank you for the revival of "21-87." I will be checking it out soon. I'd also like to know if you know anyway to get a hold of Norman McLaren's shorts? I'm aching to see "Neighbours."
